I am Robert Kieffer, bicycle aficionado and write-in candidate for any public office you're voting for.

Since February 2025, I manage the drinking water database for the Virginia Department of Health. I built the tool that VDH uses to determine if water systems have completed monitoring for per- and poly- fluoro alkyl substances (PFAS).

Before that, I was a field inspector with VDH conducting inspections of public water systems. I’ve been to over 423 water systems in my time with VDH, helping them solve their problems and improve. I am a Class 3 Virginia Waterworks Operator.

I am also a rampant cyclist and avid canoeist, although I have other interests, like appliance repair, time-travel, and defending the defenseless.

I don’t care for spam, but if you share my interests or have a question I can help you with, you are welcome to contact me.
